I got to go to Antarctica and take pictures of penguins! The patterns show the original penguin picture and the finished quilt so you can enjoy the penguins too. My penguin quilts have been displayed at the AQS Nashville and NQA Columbus shows and won Best in Show at the Charles County, MD, fair. After penguins I branched out trying to help my Mom who was having a hard time piecing stars and lining up points -- so I also have easy appliqué stars and winding ways pinwheels which go together in a new and easier way that ensures the points always line up. It really works!
