Hello, my name is Vivian Head, I live in Grand Junction, Colorado. I own a small home-base business under the title of "Quilted Treasures".
I have been sewing for about fourty-five years and making quilts for fourty years. I am a full-time professional Longarm quilter and pattern designer, which I started in 2001. I presently design quilt patterns for our local quilt shop here in Grand Junction.
I am a traditionalist and love the old time favorites. I love to design quilts that look very elegant and intriging, but are simple in design and easy to make. I generally take two traditional quilt blocks and make a quilt that has a whole new look. My mother is a great help to me and test all my patterns before they go to market.
I have also taught quilt making for the last twenty years. I hope you enjoy my patterns as much as I have enjoyed creating them!
