Quilt Pattern Shoppe Partner Agreement

A TQPS Partner is a party that participates in the Simply Link affiliate marketing program. A partner linking their website to TQPS's website can earn a commission on sales from TQPS customers it refers.

1. Commission. The Quilt Pattern Shoppe (TQPS) will award the Partner a commission on sales realized as a direct result of referring purchasing customers to its web site. TQPS will verify referrals with TQPS's custom website tracking system. The following schedule determines the amount the Partner will be compensated. This schedule is subject to change.
   
       5% for the first 10 sales in a calendar month.
       7.5% for the next 10 sales in the same calendar month.
       10% for all the sales thereafter in the same calendar month.
   
   
2. The Quilt Pattern Shoppe must approve the Partner's web site before this agreement is in force.
3. The Partner will be responsible for adding the appropriate link to The Quilt Pattern Shoppe. If the Partner would like The Quilt Pattern Shoppe's webmaster to assist in adding this link, there will be a $25.00 fee. 
4. The Partner or TQPS may cancel this agreement at any time. The Partner or TQPS will notify the other party in writing of its desire to cancel the agreement.
5. The Partner will receive a monthly statement of how many referrals purchased patterns.
6. The Quilt Pattern Shoppe will pay the Partner the commission earned once a quarter (ending in March, June, September, and December). The Quilt Pattern Shoppe will issue a check within 15 days after the quarter. The Partner must earn a minimum of $2.00 during the quarter to receive a check. If the minimum amount was not earned, the balance will be carried forward to the next calendar quarter.
