“Stained-glass” fabric wall hanging finished size 18 x 24 inches This stained-glass wall hanging is an ideal project for beginners, or a very quick project for more experienced quilters. Using quilter’s bias, and an easy raw edge applique technique, a stunning result is achieved. Materials: fusible webbing background fabric Plain black or tone on tone black ½ yard (also enough for hanging sleeve and binding) colored “glass” fabric 1 fat quarter (18x20”) bright yellow for colored background petals and leaves 1 fat 1/8 (9x20”) dark green half fat 1/8th or 9 inch squares of: mauve, pale purple, dark purple and light green for finishing backing fabric 20 x 27½ inches batting (same size as backing fabric)
