Mimi’s Star

This pattern uses two star patterns that together appear to change the design, and the border has a splash over of the new star’s points.  The blocks are 9” finished, and the queen-king quilt is 101” square.  I named this one Mimi’s Star since I only found one of the star’s names, and that one is Grandmother’s star; in my family grandmother’s are called Mimi.  (Not quilted)
