Oh So Cosmopolitan!

This small bag can be carried as a clutch, worn on the shoulder, or across the body. This bag also features a hidden magnetic closure, inside pockets and a choice of a chain strap or a beaded strap. Have fun embellishing this one! Instructions include the pattern for bag, lining & pockets, fabric medallion and how to make the beaded strap. Supplies: 1 fat qtr each for bag, lining and facing, 1/3 yd fusible fleece & fusible knit interfacing, 2 15mm rings, 1 magnet w/prongs, 4"l x 3/8"w grosgrain ribbon. Optional: 1/4 yd beaded fringe, assorted beads,wire and 2 crimps for strap, 2"long tassel, 5/8" button, purchsed chain strap w/lobster claw clasps
